

Payment & Refund Policy

Universal Broker Solutions
At Universal Broker Solutions, we deliver licensed operational models and custom support systems designed to elevate and optimize your business. To maintain transparency and protect the integrity of our work, the following payment and subscription terms apply:
1. Upfront Payment Requirement
All services—including operational assessments, licensing packages, coaching, and done-for-you deliverables—must be paid in full before any work begins. No work will commence until payment has been received.
2. Monthly Operational Support
Ongoing operational support is billed at the beginning of each month. Timely payment is required to retain system access and continued support. If payment is not received, all system access will be suspended until the account is brought current.
3. Assessment Scheduling & Refunds
All Operational Assessments must be paid in full at the time of scheduling. There are no refunds once the assessment process has begun. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the session. ALL SESSIONS MUT BE COMPLETED WITHIN 60 DAYS.
4. Custom Operational Packages
Each Done-For-You Package is uniquely tailored and includes proprietary systems, strategy, and support. Due to the individualized nature of this work, no refunds will be issued once work has started.

5. Licensing Subscription Cancellation & Renewal
If you wish to cancel your licensing subscription before the end of your contract term, you may do so by paying a contract termination fee. This fee is determined based on the remaining term and scope of your agreement.
If you do not cancel prior to the end of your contract, your subscription will automatically renew for the same term under the original terms and conditions, including payment structure, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Pricing Adjustments
Universal Broker Solutions reserves the right to adjust pricing as needed for licensing, operational support, or additional services. If a change occurs, you will be notified in advance. No pricing changes will be applied to active contracts without prior written notice.
